Covid-19 Reports

During the COVID-19 public health emergency, the Federal government made funds available to Minnesota West. As an institution, we are required to post reports on how the funds are used. These reports are available below, posted as they were completed.

This fund includes three parts; Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES), Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act (CRRSAA), and the American Rescue Plan (ARP).

CARES Act - 30-Day Reports

Provided funds for emergency financial aid grants to students for cost of attendance expenses related to the disruption of campus operations due to coronavirus (such as food, housing, course materials, technology, health care, and child care).

Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2021 (CRRSAA)

In March, 2021, our institution began disbursing Student Aid funds to eligible students. These funds are from the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2021 (CRRSAA) and are governed by federal guidelines.
