Student Planner

Minnesota State Student Planner is where you access custom degree audits, plans, and schedules to assist you with planning to reach your academic goals.

What does the Student Planner do?

  • Identifies all requirements needed to complete a specific program.
  • Indicates the courses already completed and how they pertain to the requirements.
  • Specifies what courses are needed to complete the degree or program.
  • Identifies the courses you may select to fulfill each goal area requirement to help plan a semester schedule.

How to View Your Student Planner

Go to your e-Services Student Account.  You will need your StarID and password.

Login.

Select Academic Records (left Menu) to display drop-down choices in this section (directly below Academic Records).

Select Degree Audit Report (indented on the left Menu).

Read the information and instructions at the top of the page.

Your Minnesota West program is listed at the top of the report. If the program listed is other than the one you are in, please stop in the Registration office and have your major corrected.

Select your program to open a new window displaying your Interactive Degree Audit Report.

Close Student Planner window.

Logout.
