Student Senate

The Student Senate represents students by promoting and participating in the Minnesota State College Student Association. It provides a platform for expressing opinions and addressing viewpoints specific to each campus or center. The Senate works to promote the best interests of the college, ensuring student voices are heard and advocating for positive change.

All Student Senate meetings take place on each campus or center location.

Officers & Members Duties and Responsibilities

Represent the Student Senate to the college and others, and convene the officers and members at least monthly during an academic term
Record the meeting minutes of the Student Senate and maintain a permanent record of said minutes
Budget of the Student Senate and advise the group on spending
