Student Success Coordinator

Michael has worked in a variety of college functions, ranging from recruiting and community relations to student academic support, advising, and retention. Prior to his career at Minnesota West, he gained experience in both the public and private sectors as a teacher, trainer, salesperson, and professional development consultant. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Communication Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication. His commitment to Minnesota West’s mission, along with his communication expertise, supports his role as a Student Success Coordinator.
